JFL-6 naphthalene superplasticizer is a kind of low alkali water reducer. Main ingredient is β-naphthyl sulfonate formaldehyde condensation. It can be used for high strength concrete, high flowable concrete, best penetration resistant concrete and ready mixed concrete. Meanwhile, early strength and late strength of concrete will be enhanced continually. The product complies with Chinese Standard GB8076-1997.
Main properties
1. Sodium sulfate content is lower than 5%, alkali- aggregated reaction can be avoided.
2. It has good water reducing and dispersing effect. Water reducing ratio will be 18% (low dosage) to 28% (high dosage). Flow of cement paste and concrete can be enhanced at lower water/cement ratio due to its high water reducing ratio.
Workability and flow can be improved greatly at a fixed water/cement ratio, without bleeding and isolating. Meantime, wrapping force between steel bar and concrete is increased.
3. Adding 0.5%~1.0% (based on cementing materials) of the product in concrete and keeping the strength of concrete unchangeable, cement dosage can be saved by 20%~30%.
4. When adding 0.5%~1.5% of the product in concrete and keeping cement dosage and concrete slump unchangeable, the compressive strength of concrete can be increased 50%~100% at 1d, 40%~80% at 3d, 25%~70% at 7d, 20%~60% at 28d and 10%~50% at 90d.
5. The product has broad adaptability to cement and other cementing materials. The mechanic properties of concrete can be improved to wide extent. No obvious effect on concrete shrinkage.
6. It can be used to prepare C80 ultra-high strength concrete with slump of 18~20cm or to prepare C60 high strength pumping concrete with slump of 22~25cm.
It can be also used to prepare high performance concrete and high carbonization resistant concrete. Used together with air entraining agent, freeze-thawing cycle resistant concrete can be prepared, its freeze-thawing cycle is over 300 times.

Note: Test result obtained by Standard Cement, dosage 0.7% (liquid converting to powder), water/cement ratio 0.29.
Application
Self-curing or steam-curing reinforced concrete, pre-stress reinforced concrete.
High strength, high flow, high performance and ready mixed concrete.
Composited with other ingredients, special admixtures such as high early strength water reducer, retarding superplastisizer, pumping aid and freezing resistant agent can be produced.
Application method and recommended dosage
Powder can be used directly or dissolved into solution before use. The recommended dosage is 0.5~1.5%. Crystal will not separate out at low temperature due to low sodium sulfate content.
Package and Storage
Powder is available in 25kg plastic bag. Reasonable measures must be taken to prevent fire, moisture and bag broken during transportation and storage. If powder has agglomerated due to moisture, you can also use it by drying and crashing or by dissolving in water.
Fluid is available in tank-car or plastic drum, capacity based on user needs.
